Customization Terms of Service

1. User Representations and Warranties When you upload images, text, or designs (hereinafter referred to as "User Content") to NexKover to customize products, you represent and warrant to us that:

  • You own the full copyright and trademark rights to said User Content, or have obtained legal authorization from the rights holder (such as the original author or the person depicted).

  • The User Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

  • The User Content does not contain any information that is illegal, hateful, violent, pornographic, defamatory, or violates public order and good morals.

2. License to Manufacture To fulfill your order, you agree to grant NexKover and its partners (such as printing facilities and logistics providers) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify (e.g., resize, crop), and print said User Content to the extent necessary. This license is limited solely to the purpose of "order fulfillment and product production." NexKover will not use your design for other commercial sales or promotional purposes.

3. Order Review and Right of Refusal NexKover reserves the right to refuse to process any order. If we believe (based on our own judgment or upon receiving a report) that the content you uploaded violates these Terms, involves infringement, or is technically unfeasible to produce, we have the right to cancel your order and arrange a full refund without prior notice. NexKover assumes no liability for any indirect losses resulting from order cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property Disclaimer and Indemnification This clause is critical; please read carefully. NexKover provides automated printing technology services only and cannot conduct copyright reviews on all content uploaded by users. If the content you upload causes NexKover, its affiliates, employees, or partners to face any third-party claims, lawsuits, demands, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees), you agree to bear all relevant legal responsibilities and indemnify NexKover for all losses incurred.

5. Product Variations Due to technical differences between screen display colors (RGB) and physical printing colors (CMYK), as well as different ink absorption rates of materials (such as KoverBoard backplates), the final customized product may have slight color variations compared to the preview seen on your screen. This is a normal production occurrence and is not considered a product defect. NexKover does not accept returns or exchanges based on this reason.
