Which logistics company handles NexKover shipments? All orders are delivered by SF Express. You can choose to ship to a residential address, office, or any SF Express service point.

How long after ordering will it ship? NexKover processes and arranges shipments from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Generally, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Actual delivery time depends on SF Express arrangements.

How are shipping costs calculated? What is the threshold for free shipping? Free shipping is available for single orders over HK$299. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer Global Shipping. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your region.
