Which logistics company handles NexKover shipments?
All orders are delivered by SF Express. You can choose delivery to a residential address, office or SF Express service point.

How long after ordering will it ship?
NexKover processes orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment. Actual delivery time depends on SF Express.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Hong Kong orders over HK$299 qualify for free shipping. Shipping for orders below HK$299 is calculated automatically at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. International shipping rates are calculated automatically according to the delivery region.
