Payment Methods

To ensure your shopping experience at NexKover is fast, safe, and smooth, we currently support the following payment methods:

All payments are processed through encrypted payment channels. Your credit card data is not stored on NexKover servers.

Currently, we do not provide Cash on Delivery service. All orders must be paid in full at checkout before they are processed and shipped.

If you see messages like "Transaction Abnormal" or "Credit Card Transaction Failed: Please try another card or contact your issuer," it usually means the payment verification failed. We suggest you try using a different credit card to make the payment again. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your issuing bank to enable online transactions or to inquire about the reason for the decline. Orders & Shipping

All orders are delivered by SF Express. You can choose to ship to a residential address, office, or any SF Express service point.

NexKover processes and arranges shipments from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Generally, orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Actual delivery time depends on SF Express arrangements.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.

Free shipping is available for single orders over HK$299. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Yes, we offer Global Shipping. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your region.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist with changes. Please contact our customer service immediately at cs@nexkover.com with your order number. (Service Hours: Mon - Sat 10:00 - 18:00 UTC+8; we will process your request as soon as possible)

If you encounter shipping delays, address errors, or if tracking information hasn't updated for a long time, please email cs@nexkover.com, and we will assist in following up.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns for phone cases and KoverBoard backplates. Every item undergoes multiple checks for printing and packaging quality before shipping. If the product has a manufacturing defect, we provide exchange services (please see details below).

If the item you received is damaged, scratched, has misaligned printing, or is the wrong style, please email cs@nexkover.com within 48 hours with:

The edges of our Bumper are precision-designed with a moderate clearance, making them compatible with the vast majority of tempered glass protectors on the market. As long as the protector is centered, there will be no lifting or bubbling.

Our camera cutout has reserved appropriate space, supporting most commercially available independent lens rings or integrated lens protectors for smooth installation.

KoverBoard is NexKover’s modular design. You only need one phone case (Bumper) body to freely swap between different backplates. The backplates use a precision-locking structure that allows for swapping in seconds—the whole process takes just about 5 seconds. The system fully supports customization; you can upload your own images or choose from our design series to create your own style.

Yes. All KoverBoards and Bumpers feature a Full MagSafe Compatible design.

We produce KoverBoard's high-resolution patterns with our printing partner, ATB Design. During the printing process, a small fixed mark "ATB Design ALL THE BEST" is retained as part of the production workflow. The mark is tiny, does not affect the appearance, and does not impact the user experience. The overall design and modular system of KoverBoard remain managed by NexKover.

Customization: Copyright & Specs

Yes, the customization page allows you to directly upload images, adjust positions, and preview instantly.

To ensure the best printing results, we recommend uploading images with 300dpi or higher, or a file size of at least 2MB. If the image is too blurry, the system will prompt you to change it.

NexKover respects creativity and intellectual property rights. When you upload an image for customization, the system assumes you already possess the full copyright or authorization for that image. NexKover provides printing services only and does not verify the copyright of user-uploaded content. If the content you upload involves infringement, you bear the relevant legal responsibilities. If we receive a complaint or report from a copyright holder, we will cancel the order or suspend service in accordance with regulations. Please read the Customization Terms of Service.

Hard PC + wear-resistant surface coating. All design series (FlowTone / GridLines / Spark / Doodles, etc.) feature high-resolution printing.

Our KoverBoard uses a highly durable printing process. Under normal use, it is resistant to fading, peeling, or yellowing. All backplates undergo quality control checks before shipping to ensure color, clarity, and abrasion resistance meet NexKover's standards.

Yes, and most users buy three to six boards at a time to match their outfits and moods.
