Trade-in Refresh Policy

NexKover’s Trade-in Refresh benefit helps eligible customers refresh their KoverBoard while keeping their case system in use for longer.

Eligibility

• Purchase a KoverBoard together with one or more bumpers in the same order.
• The benefit is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.

Your refresh benefit

• You may use up to two Trade-in Refreshes during the 12-month benefit period.
• Each refresh must be at least three months apart.

How to request a refresh

Contact NexKover before sending us any product. Please provide your original order number and details of the KoverBoard you would like to refresh. We will confirm your eligibility, available replacement options, return instructions, delivery arrangements and any applicable charges before you proceed.

Trade-in requirement

Each completed refresh requires the return of the KoverBoard being replaced. Please do not send your KoverBoard until you have received confirmation and return instructions from NexKover.

Other conditions

• The benefit is connected to the original qualifying order and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Replacement options are subject to product and material availability.
• This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
